PAS-6 DUE DATE

Hi,

any one can tell me what is the last date of filing form PAS-6

1. 13/09/2020

OR

2. 30/09/2020 (As per moratorium period allowed)

PAS-6 is not covered under  moratorium period and so its due date is  13/09/2020.

but how it is not covered in moratorium period .....

in the circular of 34/03/2020 of special measure it is written as....

  No additional fees shall be charged for late filing during a moratorium period from 01sr April to 30th September 2020, in respect of any document, return, statement etc., required to be filed in the MCA-21 Registry, irrespective of its due date...

please guide..

The due date of Form PAS-6, i.e. 13th September 2020, is falling under moratorium period from 1st April, 2010 to 30th September, 2020, provided by MCA. Therefore, Companies can file Form PAS-6 till 30 September, 2020 without any additional fees for half year ended on 30.09.2019 and 31.03.2020.

Form PAS-6 is not covered under CFSS, hence due date for both half year is 13th September, 2020.

one more query is there regarding shareholding of promoter director and kmps in pas-6...

if one person is both i.e. director, kmp and promoter, whether his shareholding should be given in all the 3 fields i.e of director, promoter and kmp or in any one of all these fields.....

please guide....
