No, you can't file.  Because when you file a revised CSR-1 you will get a message saying that CSR-1 corresponding to that particular PAN is already filed.

Maybe you can speak to helpdesk people and ask them to nullify the already filed CSR-1 and then proceed with new CSR-1.
