LLP Closure - Form 24 querry

Dear All,

For Form 24, closure of LLP, if there was no income/business and Turnover in the LLP and bank account was also not opened for an LLP, then any other further attachment than below (any clarification to be attached)?

1. Affidavits (Individual Designated Partners)
2.  Application for Closure of LLP
   
3. Authority Letter for filing Application
4. Consent of Partners
5. Declaration for Creditors 
   
6. Indemnity Bond
   
7. Resolution
   
8. Noc from Creditors
   
9. Declaration for No Litigation Pending
   
10. Affidavit for Creditors

One clarification regarding ITR filing will be there if you have not filed ITR.

No other clarification than these? As no bank account is opened so no Bank closure Letter is also available and Form 8 is also not filed as no bank acocunt so no financial statements were made. The LLP has been incorporated as of May 2021. Form 11 we have filled till date i.e 31.03.2023

That will be part of affidavit that no bank account was opened by LLP.

I've filed the FORM-24 LLP and got resubmission as under

Resubmission/Rejection Comments

• The LLP directed to furnish; Certificate(s) or statements from the respective bank demonstrating closure of Bank Account.

Is there any format for this? Or Just go to bank and ask them to close the bank a/c and then get a certificate of bank A/c closure.
