Forms filing post conversion of LLP into P Ltd

Respected Professionals, 

Do we need to file form INC 20A post conversion of LLP into P Ltd, if yes.. what attachment is required as earlier LLP has already opened a bank account opened in its name.

I have further question to this. If such company becomes subsidiary of foeign body corporate do we need to file FCGPR? though we do not bring money into bank account? As far as I know INC 20A is filed even though money is not bought into the company.

but do weed need to open account and deposit the subscriber money again ..?? as the amount is already bought in by partners in the form of contribution.

INC 20A is applicable and my senior had filed INC 20A and had attached the clarification letter that since it is a conversion shareholders have already brought their shares capital. No further money is being brought in.
