Is view public documents functionality working?

It works between 7 pm and 10 pm. Worst thing is it captures only filings in v3. For old doc, there is a link to visit V2

Unable to access V2 facility for the past so many days. Even in the case of V3 many documents filed in respect of Companies on V3 Portal are not available there.
