OTP Error

Dear members,

I am getting otp error while creating the account for director, though the otp is correct.

Is it happening with anyone else also and what is the solution for the same.

Have you created  Company business User ID with same Director details?

I M FACING THIS ISSUE FROM LAST 10 DAYS EVEN THOUGH OTP IS CORRECT BUT ERROR IS SHOWING.

EVEN AFTER TRYING EVERYTHING LIKE BROWSERS, INCOGNITO MODE DELETING COOKIES NOTHING HAPPEN SAME ERROR EVEN HELP DESK UNABLE TO HELP.

After sending OTP for 3 4 times resend option then this error get solve But Then Pls enter Correct DIN even though the DIn and other details are correct.. Wht to do ?
