Kindly change the object clause...keep it as per the latest MOA of the company and save and then proceed.....

no use... tried changing object clause manually, tried filing through the Directors' user id, tried using different systems, browsers (incognito mode) after deleting cookies - actually nothing is working... its waste of time.. the mca has to get its server right..

same issue.. there is no option. we mentioned in convertible debentures and attached clarification letter.But waiting for others view before filing.
