I am trying to incorporate a llp. The Proposed Designated Partners does not have DIN. Whether the Filipn Form can be filed by the Designated Partners without DIN or it is necessary that one person shall mandatory have DIN No and DSC registered on MCA.?

  • It is not mandatory that proposed designated partners already have DIN/DPIN before filing FiLLiP.
The FiLLiP form itself allows you to apply for DIN (DPIN) for proposed designated partners during incorporation.
