I filed Inc- 24 and received this message.

AFFIDAVIT/DECLARATION PURSUANT TO RULE 29 (1) OF COMPANIES (INCORPORATION) RULES, 2014 NOT ENCLOSED/

NOTICE CALLING

EGM IS NOT ON COMPANY'S LETTER HEAD AND THEREBY VIOLATED THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 12 OF CA, 2013.  YOU ARE ADVISED

TO FILE ADJUDICATION APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 454 OF CA, 2013 AND SUBMIT PROOF

 Can anyone suggest what needs to be done?

I had got the same resubmission remark a couple of years ago. PFA draft declaration. We had got it printed on a stamp paper and notarised it as well.

MAYBE you can a Declaration / Affidavit stating that the EGM sent to Shareholders was actually printed on the Letterhead of the Company, however by oversight the EGM Notice that is attached to the Form has been printed on a plain paper and that the mistake is purely by oversight and not with any malafide intention.
