Form4 of LLP

[ROC CAGRAS]

Dear Members,

While filling up Form4 of LLP in case of appointment and cessation of designated partners of the LLP, a pop up came saying " Form 4 cannot be filed independently for appointment/cessation."

What should I do now?

I think you have to file LLP form 3 simultaneously with form 4 for appointment and cessation

First file form LLP-3, once u will submit form LLP-3 the form LLP-4 will automatically open and then you will able to fill and file form LLP-4 .
