DIN Surrender

Dear All,

Please guide in following situation-

My client had a DIN and he was a Director in one company.

He again incorporated a company and this time   Inadvertently got a new DIN. Now we want to surrender this new DIN.

Pls guide the procedure to surrender thisDIN.
