MGT-7 - Certification is mandatory. Certification is to be done by a peer reviewed CS Firm. 
take a screenshot of the UDIN and attach with the MGT-7 Form.

But MGT 7 certification is permitted to be done by a non-peer reviewed firm.

Sir, in practice, this is not being followed.

Non peer reviewed practice units are permitted to generate UDIN for MGT 7 but not MGT 8.

So, for MGT 8 only they are approaching Peer Reviewed units.
