Change in Constitution of the Auditor

Dears, 

In case of a statutory auditor appointed for five years in a company, he has dissolved his proprietary firm and has floated a new partnership firm. 

Now, do we have to file any form with the ROC to effect the change in constitution of the audit firm. Please advise.
