URGENT - Resubmission of Incorporation due to use of Virtual office address

Hello All

Please guide about whether it is legal to object and ask for resubmission of docs if the address of the company is a virtual address ( i already know plenty of companies do this) and if not, then how to and where to raise compliant against this so that the SRN is approved at the earliest. This is ROC mumbai i am having this issue with.

Any guidance in the matter is appreciated

Yes, Virtual Address can be given. I have given in two companies and it was accepted by CRC.
