ROC filing with unsigned Or sd/- attachment

Is it allowed to file Forms with ROC having attachment marked as SD/- in place of sign?

No, as per Rule 8(6) of Companies (Registration Offices and Fees) Rules, 2014, only signed and scanned documents can be attached with form.
