Bharath Kosh website not working

Bharathkosh website is not working and I am not able to make the payment.  Anyone facing similar issues?.

Please go to payment gateway  select  kotak mahindra  and also UPI   then it will ask your UPI id  then automatically, payment will notification will come to your gpay or UPI  and make payment
