I think they may also make amendments to the definition of Small Company and raise the triggering points from 4 Crores and 40 Crores to a new upper limit.

I believe that for Section 8 nonprofits, especially those in their early stages, self-attestation of financial statements should be sufficient. Often, the heavy secretarial and compliance requirements end up diverting their focus from their core mission of creating social impact. Open to hearing other perspectives.
