MCA drops RoC approval for most corporate actions (February 20, 2023)

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has simplified the process for corporate reporting, eliminating the need for approval by Registrars of Companies (RoCs) in most cases and allowing companies to fulfil their reporting

obligations with an online acknowledgement. (For details:

Will it be good move for ease of doing business only or it may also come with side effects like more burden on courts for rising cases related to disputes as the job of verification by ROC will be gone after this?

In the name of supplication history says they destroyed the system. It is like allow people to travel on road and catching them at certain places by hide and take bribe too (example Traffic police)

Yes right, very much needed  restoration of V-2 for the time being, since 07th Jan pendency is increasing day to day. 

Being practising professionals it becomes very challenging to convenience the client now. 

The MCA has given the V-3 Project to a very careless Company as well as Project Manager, the forms has been launched without proper Home work and  testing.

Various Investment Projects have been suffering since the last 1.5 Months. 

MCA Helpdesk is giving a set reply, which is useless.

In my view a desperate measure stemming out of their inefficiency and incompetence is being paraded as "ease of doing business". 

MCA has to go back to V.2. system or run V.2. simultaneously with V.3. until V.3. stabilizes. I don't understand why they can't see this unless it is their ego which is refusing to accept their mistakes.

I have Question. Why Institute is silent everyone knows in this place If ICAI wud be there then CA Fraternity would on road doing some morcha n all or attest this new were in media But nothing such in our case Why ?

Where are those people who use to call thrice a day to recall us we have to vote on this date etc.. 

yesterday  some member of ICSI send me that Bluejeans link she is head of chapter when i told her its not working then she said le me check. Means without check knowing just forward that msg ot notification to me?

Just imagine if the same situation happened in Income tax then what would have happened ? very individual even non taxpayer would have known that there income tax site is now working.But here in our say every day we have to inform to board that it not working its actually noy working.
