Dear Members,

Our company is doing the business of providing consultancy of project financing,portfolio management and other corporate consultancy services. (MOA Attached).

Now the company wants to change its name (BR Attached)

  We have received the objection from ROC that :the existing objects of the company, indicates finance/securities activity for which prior approval is required from concerned regulatory for change of name.

But our company does not carry on any activities of NBFC company.

Please suggest.

For name application you will have to attach a declaration under Rule 8 that requisite approval from the concerned regulatory authority will be obtained after the company is incorporated
