Change email id and mobile no. for V3 registration

Hello,

Is it possible to have the email id and mobile number of a director changed for registration in V3 portal?

The email id and mobile number registered with MCA is no longer accessible and DIR6/DIR3 cannot be filed as DSC cannot be registered without V3 login.

You can file the dir-3 kyc form. And change email and mob number. Now no requirement for dsc register in director kyc form

I had changed the email id of the director by filing DIR- 3 KYC as the older one was not accessible. Now how to login in the V3 portal. The username shall be the previous id and otps will go the previous id and while using the new email id it is not logging . 

 Any solution ?
