CSR-2 error

Dear Members,

CSR-2 form doesn't allow me to write the date of Board resolution on its last page, it is a grey field and when we go for saving data, it shows an error message to fill the date field. Has anyone faced the same issue? how to resolve it?

Please prefill CIN then the Board meeting no and date column will open  and i got a message from MCA

same thing happened to me. It is not letting me to fill  the Board meeting date. The problem is not yet fixed

what is the last date for filing of FOrm CSR 2? is it to be filed with AOC 4 or by 31 March?
