DIR12 filed before INC20A

Dear All

Is it allowed to file Form DIR-12 before filing INC-20A?
In one of companies i have come across INC-20A is not filed but a director addition is done by filing Form DIR-12.

No.

MCA mai kuch bhi ho sakta hai but you cant file any form except INC 22 before filing INC 20A.

I think there can be pre-scrutiny error if you file any form before INC-20A

nothing happens....we file form for change in the registered office within the state before filing 20A....
