Problem in chg - 4 web based prefill

Dear All,

We are trying to fill up the chg-4 satisfaction of charge but point no. 2(b) of the form "Address of the registered office or principal place of business in India of the company" is not prefilling automatically.

Any solution for this? ticket was also raised 5 days ago but no reply of ticket yet come.

The same  problem is occurring to us no address is showing in CHG-4. Please help if anybody has any solution.
