XBRL Applicability

Dear Members 

Is XBRL Filing mandatory for Private Company (not fulfilling the criteria for XBRL Filing) which is a subsidiary of a public company that fulfils the XBRL Filing criteria. 

Please suggest

Sir but if we read the applicability it says subsidiary of listed company. in our case the holding company is unlisted. will the same be applicable.?

XBRL filing is mandatory for the Subsidiary of a Listed Company.

In your case, it is not mandatory.
