ATTACHMENT FORMAT FOR FORM 11

Can Anyone provide me the format of the attachment for form-11

In form LLP-11, there is no mandatory attachment required to be uploaded. However, you  can attach the details as you get under View Director / Designated Partner Details, i.e., interest of directors in other entities (one which get after logging into the MCA).
