Anybody received mail from  MCA  I  have  got  one  login  for  V2 and V3

We have noticed that you have a User Account “XXXXXX” on V2 portal of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) is associated with multiple PAN & membership ID. The new V3 system will work only on the unique PAN & membership ID so we will be degrading your account to Registered User and thereafter you can upgrade your profile to Business user from “date XXXXXX

But our user id is associated only with one PAN & membership ID that is ours, and that is how it has been since 2006 onwards, we have not faced any problem. how can the system take multiple PAN and membership id in one user id. 

At the registration stage itself, it will be thrown out. 

I think this L&T Infotech and MCA officials are a bunch of jokers sitting there, sending all these stupid mails.

Have changed but registered user is showing and in case of profile update- service issue

I don't have multiple user id with same pan and mem no and it also not allow to generate the same.

Has anyone find a solution to the continuous problem ? of Degradation of User Role based on Professional ID duplicate and PAN duplicate.

Have to create seperate id with dif mail id and number and use same pan and membership no. Its accepting. Raising ticket have no solution
