I have LLP with partners of CA, CS, Advocate , MBA , Engineers etc ..

Can this LLP do Audit of Company??

I think, the firm registered with ICAI can do audits.  ICAI will not register the firm having different professionals as partner.

Hi,

I had enquired for the same with the Institute last year and had got the following reply:

"Dear Member,

 

ICSI approves partnership firms with PCS only as partners. You may form a LLP having multi-disciplinary partners but in such a LLP you  cannot perform attestation services. Please also find enclosed decision of the Council in this regard."

I am attaching the attachment they had sent along with the mail, for your reference.

Frankly i think they should allow multi disciplinary partnerships, of course not with engineers and architects and all but CS, CS, CWA, Lawyers should be allowed. I don't understand what is the hitch there.
