We are in the process of incorporating an Indian subsidiary of a foreign company. We have the name reservation at hand as of now. DIR 2 in the old format has already been received in the old format. It is almost an impossible job to get them in the new format again. Please advise

I mean the notarisation and apostillation process makes it very very time consuming to get them in the new format. Which format is applicable to us? Since we have the name reservation at hand, will the old format of DIR 2 be sufficient?

DIR-2 is after the company is formed & when you appoint any new director, at that time you will have to follow these procedures.
