Form SH7 -Increase in share capital

Hi,

We are currently in the process of filing Form SH-7 for an increase in authorised share capital. Since the directors are located in two different places, they have provided us with their Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) instead of physically signing the documents.

We would like to clarify the following:

1. What are the attachments required for filing Form SH-7?

2. Can the required documents be signed using DSCs, or are physical signatures of the directors mandatory for this purpose?

Subscriber sheet required to be signed and it can be signed digitally also.
