PAN of the shareholders

Dear All,

Is everyone able to avail PAN of all the Shareholders for Attaching List of Shareholders for MGT-7.??

I am unable to avail for a few and unable to complete the filing because of that.

Hi Vikram,

In that case you can fill the details without validation.  No Need to give PAN.  Just give Name, LF No., No. of Shares, Amount per share.

Instead of clicking on "Template", click on "Download Excel" and start filling the details and upload once the details are filled.
