Incorporation with 4 Directors without DIN

Hi all,

A private limited company with 4 directors without DIN to be incorporated. For 3 directors DIN can be applied in Spice+. How to get DIN for 4th director while incorporation is to be done with 4 directors?

Incorporate company with 3 director and then apply seperately for DIN for 4th director using DIR-3 after incorporating company and then appoint the director using DIR-12

Hi,

I stand corrected. You will need to incorporate the company with three directors first and then apply for the fourth director's DIN separately.

Once the company is incorporated, you can file form DIR-3 for the fourth director. This process requires the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the applicant, along with the DSC of a director from the existing company and a practicing professional. After the DIN is obtained, you can then proceed to file form DIR-12 for the appointment.
