Friends,

I am getting the following error message continuously while filing INC-20A form:

  • Details of the practicing professional is not valid. Kindly enter a valid Membership Number/Certificate of Practice Number
Helpdesk guided me to clear cache and temporary files. But the error persists.

Please help. Attached screenshot for your reference.

Some days ago same problem was coming in chg 1 form.
So I think mca has not updated its data from icsi portal.
Raise ticket.

This had happened to me a couple of times. Please try to attach all the DSCs from the same system, it will work.

Hi,

I tried with:

1. Saved filed in the local drive
2. Tried in new system
3. Cleared all cache as told by MCA.
4. Prepared new form altogether.

Even then same problem.

MCA sent me the following resolution:


1)cache issue : Please clear the cache from your browser and system.
                please refer below link:

Follow the below steps to clear temp files from system.
Click on Start ->Run -> type ‘Temp’ and press enter button . This will open a folder , delete all files 
   
2)Do not directly open Eform from the inbox/sharepoint/ZIP folder/DESKTOP/or Any cloud storage system(DROPBOX/GOOGLE DRIVE) and Affix the DSC.
It should be first saved in to your local drive(D,E,F)only.

3)Save the eform after prescrutiny is successful.Please make sure that PDF file name or attached file names should not have any special characters.

4) Please use adobe reader 11 or above versions only.


5)Please go through the video link provided below for troubleshooting the DSC error at pre-scrutiny and upload

error should not occur if u download, prepare and affix all the dsc on the same system.

i hv experienced the same many times.

Try associate DSC. It will work 👍
