Error in Auditor Name in XBRL

I am getting error "Name Of Auditor Signing Report entered in the instance document is not matching with ICAI records" even after mentioning name as per ICAI records. 

Am I getting this error because of mismatch in ICAI records and PAN Database??

The name of Auditor must be as per PAN of Auditor.
