Stamp Duty on Transfers in Rajashthan

Dear Members,

Can transfer stamps be used for transfer of shares in Rajasthan or we have to pay stamp duty online??

If stamp duty is to be paid online, then can someone give me a link for payment.

Share transfer stamps must be used and attached to SH-4 and each stamp must be cancelled as per the Indian stamp act so that the stamps cannot be reused.

Regarding online payment, e gras is an option for all stamp duties of Rajasthan but we must not pay through e gras in this case because stamp duty on share transfer is a matter of central government and e grass is related to rajasthan only.

Also, the rates of stamp duty on share transfer are revised w.e.f.01/07/2020, please take note of that also.

You can refer Section 9a and 9b and schedule 1 of indian stamp act 1899 for all clarification on the below link.
