Spice+ Digital Sign Not Registered

2 Spice+ got filed when there were 2 and 3 subscribers respectively. But in 2 other cases when there were 4 and 5 subscribers respectively, the following issues are observed in both cases:

1) DSC not registered - This issue is coming for 2nd and 3rd subscriber of MOA in both cases

2) DSC not attached - This issue is coming for last subscriber in both cases

3) 4th subscribers name not visible.

The 2nd error I got for INC-9 also. But when I downloaded it in Adobe 11 it got cleared. So I think 2nd error is because of Adobe DC. But since MOA subscriber page is visible only in Adobe DC, I have no solution to this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are unable to upload incorporation forms. When we are uploading following error is showing:

Ministry Of Corporate Affairs - MCA Services

Error

Following errors have occurred while submitting the page:

·  DSC is not attached for DIN 07469329 in FORM MOA.

·  DSC is not registered with DIN 07448139 on MCA portal.

·  DSC is not registered with DIN 07448142 on MCA portal.

All dsc duly registered on MCA site and all forms duly signed. We have downloaded fresh form 2 times and signed fresh Still issue persists.

 

Following additional information are for your kind reference:

On same system(computer) we have incorporated following 2 companies successfully under new rule and online SPICE+forms.

So it not related to our system issue.

Also we are using acrobat dc.

following attached for your kind reference:

1.Copy of duly signed form MOA and AOA and other incorporation forms;

2.Screen shot of dsc registered on MCA site for all 4 person attached for your reference;

3. Screen shot of error while uploading incorporation forms attached.

Kindly look into to issue and solve as earliest possible.

We had also tendered with the same error we registered the DSC's Once again we filed the Form it is being filed.

register the DSC and upload the Form and Don't download the Form many time.

But When we try then it's showing DSC Already Registered

In that case what to do ?

MCA should fix this things

Very pathetic situation seriously and our institute not doing anything that how for 1 hour task we have to spend 10 hour for such error of MCA Portal

DSC not registered and DSC not attached can be very annoying issues. For DSC not registered issue, we had tried affixing the digital sign for which error was coming first. Then the other DSCs were attached. It had worked. Please try. May work.

But in our case there is 1 Director having DIN so we have to give their details /din only 

And thty we have Registered DSC accordingly

In MOA, affix digital sign for which error is coming first. Then affix other digital signs. In our case, the problem was solved when we did this.
