Spice - Pending for Issuance of PAN/ TAN

[Manisha Bajaj]

In one of our Spice Forms, the CIN number has been generated and visible on Master Data. But Certificate of Incorporation not received because status is "Pending for Issuance of PAN/ TAN". Do I need to do anything or will it get done by itself?

Dear members,

I'm facing the same issue right now. I have incorporated an LLP and the Incorporation letter was received but the PAN & TAN letters were not received yet. I've received the Incorporation letter 15 days earlier. Do I need to rise the ticket? or Is there any alternative?

I am facing almost similar issue for one LLP Incorporated 20 days back. Raised queries, they closed it saying PAN and COI already Issued.

But no mails received for COI or PAN.

Is there any other way to download COI? It is not showing in View Public Documents also.
