Dear Professional Colleagues of Bihar, Patna ROC,

Is there any Additional Attachment to e-form STK-2 apart from below mentioned docs in the State of Bihar, Patna ROC
(Internal circular if any) then please let me know.
Specially those who are Practising in Patna City.
(The Company is inoperative since Incorporation, i.e. Nov. 2015

01. Affidavit from all the Directors, Individually on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper duly Notarised
02. Indemnity Bond by all the Directors on Rs.500/- Stamp Paper duly Notarised
03. Statement of Accounts (Nil Assets and Nil Liabilities) Certified by C.A.
04. Copy of Board Resolution and Special Resolution
05. Copy of PANCARD, Aadhar and Address proof
06. Copy of MOA and AOA

Hi, 

Instead of passing special resolution, the company may by consent of seventy-five per cent. members in terms of paid-up share capital, file application in FORM STK-2. reference to section 248(2)

In how much time you have got the query from MCA? It's been around 20 days we have filed STK-2 & still there is no query & also no approval from MCA.

Its been 7 month from Filing of e-form STK-2 with Mumbai ROC, & the status is "Pending for Approval"
No Reply from day 1. This is called "ease of doing Business"

Is there any prescribed format for Litigation declaration as mentioned by you at point no. 7?
