Were any of you able to file Form 3 either after incorporation or for amendment of agreement in the new version?

Anybody succeeded in filing the form 3/4 LLP in the V.3 version so far. We have gone beyond the download and signing of the form, but uploading is not taking place yet. There is no space for linking the form 4 with form 3 while uploading. God only knows what the MCA has done with the V.3. version. Its such a mess. Called up the MCA helpline and they told us to upload via the Microsoft Edge. Trying that but still not working. What to do?

Yes there is no availability to file linked form 3 and 4

after submitting form 4 webpage online system routes to form 3 and automatically download form 4 however there is no availability of pdf format form 3

In my case, both the forms got downloaded with same SRN, but, while uploading it is only giving option to upload form 3, and the fees is being charged for both forms.

I feel it's better not to accept LLP related assignments for the time being till the glitches are resolved by MCA. It really becomes an embarrassing & frustrating situation for us when we experience errors like this.

I filed LLP-3 today for changes in contribution of the partners. However Supplementary agreement attached to the web form is not seen in the downloaded form LLP-3. Any way the form could be filed and payment was also made. Form is now under process

Mine are linked forms. Like I am able to download both Form 3 and Form 4. I am attaching the signature. But when I am trying to upload, it gives a error in Form 4 stating" Technical Error Occurred" and when i logout and login it only shows option to upload Form 3 and it even gets uploaded and gives an option to Pay Fees for Form 3 and nothing about Form 4 is available in order to upload the same.

In my case, one of the partners is a Company and in its name "&" is coming. Webform 3 is prefilling its name but error is coming that "field not filled in expected format". May be it is because of symbolic

I have filed form 3 llp today but some registration fee is charged along with normal fee. can somebody explain why registration fee is charged as the llp is already incorporated in 2014.
