Yes, but it was an old case of September 2020. Ours was approved.

it takes years though time prescribed is only 45 days

and may be rejected  after lapse of this much time.. even they take the late/delayed filings for ndh3 and dpt 3 and regular filings upto date in to consideation while processing form and not for first year  and reject it in some cases.

In my knowledge, no company has got approval of the form NDH-4 till the date. May I know your company and ROC please..

Can a company do business after filling of ndh-4 but before approval.

We had filled the form in April but form is still pending, management is asking when they start the business.

No one is questioning the rejection of NDH-4. If the Ministry or RD is not willing to approve NDH-4 or want to shut down Nidhi Companies, why are they still opening the windows for registration of NIdhi Companies in MCA21. It is a type of fraudulent activity from authorities concerned. 

I have approached reputed cs in this regard. As it will affect our profession, our institute could not go against the ministry. This was the answer.

yes obviously , for the last 2 years non approval and one fine morning we had received mail reg. rejection by mentioning unwarranted reasons (inspite of required details often)  It is pathetic to client and cs  concerned . Now decided to close the biz once for all. . Wats happening we dono?

While we are filing NDH-4, we have to adhere with Nidhi Rules specifically and Companies Act also. But they are raising baseless reasons (other than Nidhi rules) for rejection. Is there any provision regarding share holding limit of promoters in Nidhi Company? Is there any restriction regarding directorship in any other company (except nidhi company)?

When after the lapse of time limit, even with delay of 2 years. its doesnot looks good..rather a harassment to promoters who were working for more than 3 years for the company.
