Rejection of Form NDH 4

I need some help regarding the Nidhi company.

The Form NDH 4 filed in 2020 is rejected by ROC because my client didn't provide the requested information. And now the notice is issued informing rejection of SRN.

What should I do?

Hi,

Have you got rejection order copy from the Ministry.  

See what is non compliance and give a reply to roc or roc will send a scn to the company and officers in default

The company received the SCN but the reply was given by the officers anf company

Ok. Then if the reply is satisfactory then the violation will be dropped or otherwise.

The report will be prepared by roc and sent to rd for further action. 

If violation retains then company has to compound or adjudicate violation

NDH-4 can be rejected if non-compliant with section 406 of Companies Act, 2013 and rule 3A, 23A and 23B of Nidhi Rules, 2014. Application Form for filing application for declaration as  or updation of status by Nidhi's. 406.18-Jul-2022

Pls use the reply to ROC notices, suitably amend to fit the current requirement. while doing so pls articulate that the requirements of NDH 4 which is questioned in the ROC notice have been complied with comprehensively and complete the work
