Notice of AGM

Dear 

One of CS is contacted for Director Report & Notice in private limited company. He/she said that notice was not prepared because law does not mandate it.

It is not necessary to attach Notice of AGM in AOC-4 XBRL. Any exemption?

Any Suggestion, Please.

Director's report is anyway required to be attached.

AGM notice is not required to be attached unless any specific transactions like passing of Special resolution for change of objects, alteration of MOA, AOA etc. are done.

In my opinion, Notice is required because at least ordinary resolution for Auditor ratification is required every year.
