Dear Professional Colleagues,

I request your guidance on the step-by-step procedure for incorporating a foreign company in India. Additionally, I would appreciate if you could share any reference documents related to the incorporation of a Private Limited Company wholly owned by OCI shareholders.

Please also include documentation requirements and procedural guidance for filing FC-GPR in connection with foreign investment by OCI shareholders.

If available, kindly share templates, draft documents, sample authorizations, resolutions, declarations, and any standard formats used during the incorporation and FC-GPR filing process.

The promoters intend to appoint a resident director for compliance purposes while continuing to serve as directors themselves.

Any inputs, checklists, or sample documentation would be extremely helpful.

it is same as for normal company except that all KYC documents and subscriber sheet shall be notarised from Indian Embassy at country of residence and physical MoA and AoA shall be filed apart from other documents
