not able to view public document

Dear All,

I am unable to view public documents. Amount gets debited, challan shows not paid. This is happening repeatedly.

Is any one facing this issue? What is the solution? I am making payment through SBI.

Yes. It is happening now a days.

You just pur your SRN in track payment status and follow the instructions given on next screen. You will get the challan. This option is only for payment made through SBI

Hi Hema, 

Just check in your login workspace. The Company you will pay for will appear. Thee will be no intimation by MCA FOR SAME. i TRIED IT

Issue is not with SBI only.

Nowadays MCA is taking 24- 48 hrs to generate the challan therefore, the name of the company for which payment has been made will be reflected on your workspace within 24-48 hours.

Thank a lot to all, for your prompt response.  

I could manage to view the documents by doing TRACK Payment Status and thereafter doing  as suggested on the MCA screen.

Or
Use pay latter challan mode and pay lattet
