COMPANY DOES NOT RECEIVE PAN COPY IN PHYSICAL OR VIA MAIL AFTER INCORPORATION

Dear all,

My client does not received copy of PAN Card in physical format or through email from MCA/NSDL etc. As its now 2 months elapsed for Incorporation of company. Does anyone facing such kind of issue. If yes then what will be the easiest solution?

see clarification below pl.:

Stakeholders may note that Finance Act, 2018 amended section

139A of the Income-tax Act, 1961 and removed the requirement of issuing PAN in the form of a

laminated card. Hence, it is clarified that PAN and TAN mentioned in the COI issued by MCA

shall also be treated as sufficient proof of PAN and TAN for the said company assesses.

Right but we also not received any mail for PAN as we received TAN letter via mail and as we need PAN for various other applications so is there any way to make application for PAN

In my opinion, it would be better to apply for card attaching all the documents of company alongwith a letter. Its a matter of Rs. 65 and maximum 15 days.

Others opinion solicited.

Hi

There is no such requirement now of issuing PAN in the form of a card. PAN and TAN mentioned in the COI issued by MCA is sufficient proof of PAN and TAN for the said company assesses.

u see in incorporation certificate  where pan and tan avialable. if it is not, proceed for applying
