Incorporation of LLP

Dear members,

I have a couple of doubts regarding the incorporation of LLP.

1. The objects mentioned in RUN application are clearly not known. Is there any way to see what are the objects mentioned in RUN application?

2. An LLP is proposed to be incorporated for doing business in "export of Sea food, Vegetable and Fruits", What is the NIC code to be filled in FiLLP application. 

My view is that the same would fall under the categeaory "Trading - Wholesale trade and commission trade, except of motor vehicles and Motor cycles". Please advice?

Hi Aminesh,

Thanks for your reply. Activity code 15 is Manufacturing(Foodstuff) - "Manufacture of food products and beverages (15)". The present business does not involve manufacturing activity. It involves buying in the domestic market and exporting. Kindly suggest.
