MCA Charging Late Fees Instead of Recent Circular No. 6

The late fees have been waived off for forms having due date from 01/04/2021 to 31/05/2021 but it shows late fees when I am uploading form NDH-3 whose half-year ended on 31/03/2021. Has this circular come into effect.

A charge created on 25.01.2021...will form CHG-1 be covered..in this scheme...as 30day have expired but as per section 77 still covered under 120 days.????

I too has held one filing today to wait for system to be upgraded.

The Ministry has issued General Circular Number 06/2021 and Number 07/2021 on 3rd May, 2021 allowing stakeholders to file various forms due for filing during 01/4/2021 to 31/05/2021 under the Companies Act, 2013/LLP Act, 2008 by 31st July, 2021 without payment of additional fees. The changes required in the MCA-21 System to implement this decision are being made and stakeholders would be informed in this regard in due course through a similar Notice. The stakeholders may, therefore, plan accordingly.

For MSME  1 there is no filing fees.  You receive acknowledgement

Today I filed CHG 1 for creation date 06.04.2021  and MCA has charged  addl fees of Rs 3600/-, inspite of  relaxation given in   Cir No 7-/2021 dt 03.05.2021

Since MCA has provided the list of forms eligible for late fees waiver, the system must have updated now, it was mentioned in the circulars issued on 3 rd may that the system will be updated after notification.

Therefore, late fees was being charged till date.

Then how did they charge addl fees of Rs 3600for CHG 1 of 06,04 2021,Further in circular it was mentioned  forms, not forms to be specified later. so it does not amount to relaxation of fees.

I'm receiving additional fees in the Inc 20A forms which were due in April and the challans for the company whose Inc 20A were due in January and February are coming with normal fees.

Does anyone know the reason?

Ask for clarification, raise a ticket and try calling the helpline also. Surprisingly the list is not as per the circular and the circular is not as per the list. Its about time when MCA will be no more about facilitating companies.
