Regarding Conversion of CCPS into equity shares

Dear All,

We have CCPS (compulsory convertible preference shares) and now we want to convert into equity shares as their convertible terms have completed, so in this case, how can we show this in form PAS-3, because in this form there is no specific column for conversion from pref. shares into equity shares...

and also is their valuation report needed. Although shares are transferred according to earlier agreement.
