Chit Fund Private Limited Company Closure

Hello Everyone,

Need help regarding company closure of a Chit Fund Company.
The Company is being inoperative since April 2017, the form STK-2 has been filed but the query raised by MCA stating the reason that" " a company is not carrying on any business or operation for a period immediate two proceeding financial year, hence company not eligible to strike off"

Please let us know what we are supposed to do next.

Can you please let me know while incorporating chit fund company. any extra compliance or declaration / documents needs to be submitted with ROC.?

Its required pre-approval of State Govt, its became after Great Scam of Sharda Chit Fund
