MGT 7A or MGT 7

Hi

My company was in big company previous year but this year after amendment it fall into small company. I am confused how to proceed whether to file MGT7 or MGT7A. Please guide

Hi,

If your Company is not a Small Company as on March 31, 2025 and the Form MGT 7 is showing an error stating to file Form MGT 7A, the  I would suggest to raise a ticket first and based on the solution provided by them proceed accordingly (if they says to file MGT 7A then enclose a clarification with Ticket No. and file accordingly)

AOC 4 will be filed as small company ?

Hi,

If your Company satisfies the criteria of Small Company as on March 31, 2025 then file AOC 4 as small Company, otherwise file AOC 4 or AOC 4 NBFC, etc., whichever applicable, as other than Small Company.
