Query for despatch of Annual Report

Dear All,

Can anyone pls confirm whether Listed Companies are required to despatch hard copies of Annual Report to the shareholders whose email ids are not registered with RTA??

If you are holding AGM through vc then mail the annual report to those shareholders whose email id is registered with the RTA. No need to send the physical annual report to those shareholders whose email id is not available.

If you are holding physical AGM then you have to mail them and also need to dispatch physical annual report to those shareholders whose email id is not available.
